In consideration of the services of Ohmori (UEN: 53510961W, Principal place of business: 60 Paya Lebar Road #7-54 Paya Lebar Square Singapore 409501), their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, I hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Participants who wish to cancel their registration are required to do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled forest therapy walk. This allows others the opportunity to take up the limited spots available. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the walk, or failure to attend (no-show), will be considered a late cancellation. Due to the small group size and intentional nature of each forest therapy walk, late cancellations and no-shows cannot be rescheduled or transferred.
Forest therapy walks will proceed in light rain, as weather variations are considered part of the forest therapy walk experience. However, in the event of heavy rain, lightning, or haze, the walk may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. Participants will be notified of any weather-related changes at least two hours before the scheduled start time via email or text message.
For paid forest therapy walks, participants who cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled forest therapy walk are eligible for a full refund or a one-time transfer to another available date. No refunds or transfers will be offered for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled walk. If Ohmori cancels a session due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer.
As part of Ohmori's ongoing practice, some walks may be offered free of change. These sessions may form part of the guide's continuing training and community engagement. Participants are encouraged to cancel early if unable to attend, to allow others to join.
Ohmori reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on the website and communicated to participates as appropriate.
