Forest Therapy is a gentle nature based sensory practice, deepening over time

Slow Down
Step out of your daily pace and into nature's quieter rhythm. Forest Therapy is unhurried, with time to pause and rest.
Notice
Meet nature through your senses; light, sound, texture and breathe. Simple invitations are offered along the way, and you choose how you engage with them.
Reconnect
Reconnect with nature, with your body, and with what feels right within you. Each Forest Therapy session unfolds differently, shaped by the place, the moment, and those who arrive.
